APEX DIGITAL SOLUTIONS
Privacy policy
Last updated: October 21, 2026
Apex Digital Solutions is based in Alberta, Canada. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, send a project inquiry, or communicate with us about becoming a client. Separate agreements may apply to information we handle while delivering services for a client.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us, such as your name, email address, optional phone number, business or website details, and a description of your project. We may keep correspondence, inquiry history, and notes about the next steps in our conversation. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, government identification, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Website and form providers may also receive technical information, such as IP addresses, browser or device details, access times, and security-related activity when you use their services.
How we use your information
- Read and respond to your inquiry and discuss the services you request.
- Prepare proposals, arrange conversations, and manage potential client relationships.
- Organize contact records, avoid duplicates, and keep track of follow-up.
- Protect our website and forms from spam or misuse, and meet applicable legal requirements.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional email campaigns. We do not use inquiry details for those campaigns or sell your personal information. If we introduce a new purpose requiring consent, we will explain it and seek that consent.
Forms, email, and service providers
When you use our HubSpot inquiry form, your submission is sent to HubSpot on our behalf so we can manage the inquiry, maintain contact records, and receive submission notifications. Notifications are directed to contact@apexdigitalsolutions.ca.
We use service providers for website hosting, email, and contact management. They receive information needed to provide those services. HubSpot describes its handling of customer information in its privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by applicable law.
Processing outside Canada
Our providers may process or store information outside Alberta and Canada, including in the United States. Information processed abroad may be subject to that country's laws and lawful access by its authorities. To ask about our use of providers, processing locations, or related policies and practices, contact the business owner responsible for privacy at contact@apexdigitalsolutions.ca.
Cookies, fonts, and spam protection
The website font is served directly from this website; loading it does not require a connection to Google Fonts. HubSpot forms protected by Google reCAPTCHA use technical signals and cookies to help identify suspicious submissions. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to that service.
If you allow ad measurement, this website loads the Google Ads tag to measure visits and successful project inquiries associated with our advertising. Google may receive technical information, page addresses, ad click identifiers, and a submission identifier; we do not send your name, email address, phone number, or inquiry text through this tag. Ad personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled. We load this tag only after you choose to allow it. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. Hosting, sign-in, and form services may still use cookies or technical logs for their operation and security. You can manage cookies in your browser, although blocking them may affect forms or sign-in.
Retention and protection
Our policy is to restrict access to people who need the information for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed to handle the inquiry, manage the potential client relationship, or meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, our policy is to delete it or make it no longer identifiable. Records associated with an active client engagement may need to be retained for that engagement and related legal requirements.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can ask to access your personal information, correct inaccuracies, withdraw consent, or request deletion by emailing us. We may need to verify your identity. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions; withdrawing consent may prevent us from continuing to handle your inquiry. We will explain any applicable limits when responding.
You can raise a concern with us using the contact below. You may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta about a privacy concern.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Material new uses of personal information will be explained, with additional consent sought where required.
